This project utilizes a specialized AGV capable of handling over 20 types of pallets for flexible transportation within ultra-narrow aisles, enabling seamless transfer between raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. It also ensures deep integration and efficient coordination among various AGVs, supporting 24/7 uninterrupted factory operations. Additionally, the pallet placement gap has been minimized to 75mm, maximizing warehouse space utilization and significantly increasing storage capacity for customers.

On the software side, customized services enable seamless integration with the client’s D365 system. In terms of digital infrastructure, a persistent connection is used to facilitate perfect information exchange between the underlying perception system and the upper-level central system.

This project implements intelligent handling of non-standard pallets, minimizes gaps to increase storage capacity, and enables fully automated and flexible transfer across the entire factory. As a result, the process becomes traceable, allowing for backtracking and efficient information management. It also facilitates information sharing between the group company and its subsidiaries.
